The multi-media on-duty communications system

       Along with the fast development of information technology,

means of information transmitting and processing for some special

agencies such as governments, armies,police forces,and civil

defense have entered a new era of the comprehensive usage of multi-

media ranging from telephone, fax,video frequency to diagrams and

electric documents from the previous single dealing method of

telephone or fax during the period of wartime or emergency on

duties.Urgent requests have been proposed for the establishment

of multi-media on-duty system in order to real time connect process

and manage on-duty information automatically, effectively, and

correctly. Based upon thorough research and study,combining advice

of several departments,we organized professional technical workers

and developed the multi-media on-duty communications system.

Main characteristics

1. Broad scope of application. The system can be applied to on-duty

   agencies of governments, civil defense, police force, and armies

   after proper adjustments made in accordance with characteristics

   of those agencies.

2. Excellent compatibility. The system adopts the way of network

   connection so that it is compatible with network equipments of

   media of all sorts. Other network terminals are capable of

   looking over all the on-duty information in accordance with

   authorized power.

3. High technical content. Adopted is variable new technology,

   ranging from sound, image, fax, texts receiving and sending

   to conversion and management, which enables the system

   functions of strong automatic saving, conversion, manifestation

   and combination.

4. Flexible assembly of system equipments. Cost can be reduced

   greatly due to utilizing old network and video frequency

   equipments in stead of new ones except main controlling unit,

   communications controlling server  and controlling management

   software of the system.
